Craft sale on Ebay

Hi everyone, I am sorry once again I have not been online for so long now, but I have been really unwell and have not been crafting for such a long time now.
I don't think I will be going back to my card making in the way that I used to, so I am selling the majority of my things online on Ebay on here if you want to get in touch with me, I will let you know what I am selling.
My name on Ebay is jennifercardmaker12, (this should take you to the direct page link for what is selling at the moment - hopefully) at the moment I have a job lot of over 200 stamps and 80 stamp pads and a Big Shot and a Hot Fix plus applicators.  If these are something that you are interested in, please go online to Ebay and have a look first to see where the bids are at.
I will also be selling all sorts of papers, ice resin you name it, it is all going.
The only things that aren't going is my ebosser and my dies, I am not selling those at the moment.

If I decide in the future to start making cards again, I hope that I can count on you for your support that I have had, as you have been wonderful friends and supporters.

A little mention from Free Craft Downloads

Hi everyone,I just thought I would pop in and say hello to you all.

I know that I have been missing in action for quite a very long time now, but I have been very unwell for a long time now.  Unfortunately, this MS has really got a hold of me and is not letting go and really is getting a grip, I am now in the throes of a real progression which I am not liking one little bit.  I am finding myself discovering that I am becoming numb in various parts of my body which I am not liking at all.  Even after speaking to my doctor, who is an absolute star, she has told me that there is nothing that can be done and that I am just (unfortunately) going to live with what I have got somehow.
So, anyway, I am back, I don't know for how long.  I will pop in and out and try my best and keep throwing things in.  I know that some people have been coming in and visiting me and I must thank you for that, you know who you are.  You are true friends.

I am putting some things in from Free Craft Downloads, they have some really great things going on over on their site, I don't know if any of you have made a visit over there of late, but you really should go and have a look as you don't know what you are missing.  They have only just recently started putting on their site full card kits for you to print out as complete cards for Christmas and other festivities, so why not go and have a look.

This is only a sample of one of the cards that you can print out from Free Craft Downloads, I have also put in a link (below) where you can go and see how you can do it from start to finish.
As always, everything is very easy to do when you go to Free Craft Downloads, so go on over and start making it a regular visit.
I hope to start making cards again real soon as I am fed up sitting about doing nothing, but I will have to go and visit my craft shop for some card as believe it or not I actually do not have any card to make some actual cards with.
So hopefully, over the next few weeks, I will try and make the first of a couple cards and get them posted on my little blog which I have so badly neglected. (hopefully - fingers crossed)

This is where you will find their full page of instructions to make up the card from Free Craft Downloads

Again, thank you so much to the people who have kept in contact with me over the past few months you really have been so very kind to me and have made me feel wanted, I really am so very grateful.
As I have said previously, you know who you are.

Sorry everyone

Apologies for being MIA again, I took very seriously ill and had to be taken into hospital with serious symptoms.  However, there is an extremely long story attached of which I do not want to go into, but suffice to say, I am at home waiting on an emergency appointment to see the neurologist for various tests to be carried out to discover what has happened to me.
I am unable to walk, my vision is badly affected, I have constant dizziness, I am sick all the time, the headaches I have are excrutiating, the pain that I have in my legs are too painful to describe.

At the moment I am unable to do any sort of crafting, but I hope that I will be able at some point in the future to come back and fill my blog with what I used to love the most.  For the time being, I am afraid my pages are not going to have much on them as I cannot see very well when I am typing as my eyes are not doing too well, so I will sign off for now and I hope to be able to sign back on very soon and speak to you all again soon.

I hope that you all keep crafting away and I hope to be able to keep trying to look on your pages as often as I can.

A couple more posts

Grandma's post and a Peacock post

A very quick card with decoupage and a short sentiment,

"Grandma's House - Where memories are made and children are spoiled!"

How very true is this sentiment.
Grandma has very gold decoupaged hair and the house behind her is also decoupaged and is sprinkled with glitter and sparkles.

A very quick card with striped coloured paper embossed with Spellbinders M-bossabilities hexagons (which really can't be seen with the paper).  I then die cut two Venetian Accents borders and plaited a blue ribbon through the dies and tied them off in a bow.  I then stuck diamontes along each of the sides.  I die cut the Peacock - Tattered Lace die and stuck silver card behind it to make it shine.  I put two purple roses at the top left hand of the card.
I decided not to put a sentiment onto the card, so that I had a card in my box that I could use for any purpose.

First post of 2014

Here they are, my first posts of 2014.  I know that they have taken me quite a while to do and for that I am sorry, my mojo is just starting to come back very slowly.  So I am taking my time and just doing as much as I can as best as I can.  My cards as definately not the best that I have ever done before, but I am just making a start back, so please excuse what I am posting.  I hope that my cards will get better.

I used the Spellbinders Opulent Ovals and put the Tattered Lace Wedding Couple in the centre.  I embossed the card with an unknown embossing folder (sorry about this).  Behind the couple, I put a silver shimmer card (although in parts it looks like gold, although I tried to remove this), I used some flourishes at the side of the wedding couple and used a silvery butterfly embellishment along the bottom of the card and two silvery butterflies at the top of the card.  At the bottom of the card, I just put the sentiment 'Time to Celebrate'.

I used a lilac coloured card as a background paper for this card and put a silver rope sticker round the outside of the card.  I used the heart shaped Tattered Lace die with a Spellbinders die attached at the back of this die, I put Glamour Dust round the heart shape.  I used a cut out of a die (sorry I can't remember what one it was, as it was in my box of stash of cut outs - oops!!)  I then used four little purple flowers round the sentiment 'My heart is full of love for you' and put three little flowers at the bottom right hand corner of the card with a little flourish at the left hand corner of the card.

Hi to everyone

Hi to all my blogging buddies, I do hope that you are all still coming about to visit me.  I know that I have not been keeping up my end of the bargain by keeping posting new cards and keepsakes to my blog to keep you interested and keep you coming back.  Unfortunately, my 'Mr Mojo' has still left me, although I am making inroads into helping it come back to me.
I have been bringing things out to try and help me get to grips with things again and start making cards again.  However, I have lost one of my most important boxes of dies, it has been put away somewhere 'safe' and I cannot find it anywhere, so I will keep looking for it until it shows up.  It has a lot of dies inside it, which would allow me to make some different sorts of cards, but until it shows up unfortunately, I am left in the lurch.
So, for the moment, I would like to show you some of my older cards again just to remind you of what I am capable of and what I can do and what I will be doing again soon, once I get everything sorted again.  I don't think that I had shown any of the cards that are on show on the blog at the moment as they were left in my 'box', so hopefully you haven't seen these before.

I do hope that you have stayed with me and have not totally left me, however, I wouldn't blame you if you had, but I hope to be able to bring to back when I start to make some new cards in the very near future.

Thank you for still staying with me as long as you have, as it has been much appreciated.

Love and Hugs

As you can see, this is a Wedding card that was made and round the oval there were gems to make it sparkle and a lovely white sparkly bow at the top of the oval.  It looked much nicer in real life than it does in the picture.

The whole card was completed with each part having a piece of decoupage as part of the finish and I put a little sparkly gem on the boot at the bottom with a swirly piece of ribbon at the top of the card.

I used pyramage in this card and part of the card had little footballs, mice, teddies although you can't actually see them properly in the card they stick out from the card.  At the top of the card, I used a teddy bear peg and put a piece of blue swirly blue ribbon with a Baby Boy tag at the top.

This card was made with acetate being the main part of the card and then the card that was attached was embossed and sanded to make it look like a wall.  The window was cut out with a die and the top of the window was gilded with gold, I used flourishes on the bottom left hand corner of the card to make it look like flowers growing from the bottom.  To finish off, I put a sentiment "May your day be filled with sunshine and laughter".

I hope that you like my little montage of cards that I have shown until I can get ready some brand new ones to put up.  Thank you again so much for following me, I couldn't ask for a
 lovier, nicer lot of friends.

A Glesca Wean's Hogmanay!!!

This poem was sent to me by a good friend, it appealed to me as it is 'typical' Scottish language, this is how I remembered New Year and what my Mum used to do.  She cleaned everywhere until it was gleaming that you could see your face in everything.  I am sure there will be a few people who will recognise what is said in this poem and it will bring back many memories.
Thanks Shaz for reminding me of 'days gone by'.

A Glesca Wean's Hogmanay

Sittin in mah goonie Face scrubbed well
Ma sister therr beside me,  We’re waiting fur the bells.
Aw day long been cleaning oor wee singel end
Mammy gien oot orders drives us roon the bend
Mammys oot the windae sitting oan the sil
Washing aw the windaes Me hoping she disny fall
Jessie’s cleaning the fireplace It wiz ma Mammy’s bidding
Ahv been telt tae get the pail And take it tae the midden.

As the time it passes there’s excitement in the air
And Mammys oan her hunkers Scrubbing at the flair.
Come oan yous two she cried "It’s time tae HIV yir bath
So intae the sink WI baith o yiz Furra thorough scrub and wash".
Underneath yir oxters She scrubs WI a wrung oot clootie
Wi aw that durt thit’s in yir ears Ah could grow a sack o totties
Oan WI yir simmit and knickers Yir Liberty bodice anaw
Wi wurr winceyette goonies She says, "yiz baith look braw
Get oot mah road the perr of yous. It’s nearly hauf past nine
Ahll hifty soart the steak pie noo. Urr it’ll no be ready in time".

We know it’s getting near the time When ma Ma gets the table oot
There’ll be shortbreid, bun and ginger wine Of that there is nae doot
We urr shoved in tae the recess bed Tae keep us oot the wiy
And Mammy turns the gas doon Oan the, smellin lovely, pie.
The peas urr in the pot Overnight, they’ve hid a steep
The totties oan the gas ring, they’re oan a wee wee peep.

Ma Mammy takes her rollers oot and powders up her nose
Her good froack oot the wardrope and her shoes WI the peepy toes
.She wiz up afore us And hisny stoapped aw day
Bit noo she’s looking beautiful And New Year’s on the way.
It’s five tae twelve already White Heather oan the telly
Singing songs of Scotland The Teucheters and the Keelies
The tummlers urr oan the sideboard Fruit cordial fur Jessie and me
A wee dram fur Ma Mammy She deserves it, ah hope yiz agree
She opens the auld sash windae Tae bring in the New Year
And oan the stroke of midnight The Ship’s horns we could hear.

Ma Mammy’s started greeting and raises up her gless
Toastin aw the folk no therr And asking God tae bless.
Efter cuddles and kisses the letter boax is tootin
That’ll be Uncle Peter He’s oot therr daen furst footin.
Tall and dark and handsome Wi whisky and coal in his haun
Wi slicked back Herr and shiny shoes And his good suit oot the pawn.

We aw sit roon the table Tae eat oor pie and peas
Then clear away the dishes Furra sing-song, if you please.
Aunty Nellie sings aboot water And how it’s aw a roon
Uncle Charlie diz his Frankie Laine Singing aboot high noon.
The party’s gaun great guns Tae Maggie raises her haun
Och ahm away up the road noo Coz Erchie’s sung mah song.

Jessie and me urr tired noo Like the cat that goat the cream
So it’s us intae the recess bed To sleep, perchance tae dream.
If any of this is familiar tae you This New Year of days gone by
The memories of they great times Brings a wee tear tae the eye.
